I’m Lost is provided “as is” and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the app or the information, content, materials, or products included on the app. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We also do not guarantee that the app will be able to locate all lost items.
  2. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. This includes any damages resulting from the loss or damage of any items, unauthorised access to the user’s account, or any other use or misuse of the app. The user agrees to use the app at their own risk.
  3. The user is solely responsible for their use of I’m Lost and for any lost or damaged items. The user must also ensure that their device is compatible with the app and that they have the necessary permissions to use the app’s features.
  4. I’m Lost is intended for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or resold without our permission.
  5. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time and without notice. We may also change the app’s features, pricing, or supported devices at our discretion.
  6. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time and the user is responsible for regularly reviewing them. By continuing to use the app, the user agrees to be bound by the latest version of these terms and conditions.
  7. The user agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their use of the app. They must also comply with our community guidelines, which prohibit any illegal or offensive use of the app.
  8. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions, or the app will be resolved in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  9. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and us and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
  10. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  11. The user agrees to provide us with accurate and complete information when registering for the app and to promptly update this information as needed.
  12. The user agrees to keep their login credentials confidential and to immediately notify us if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.
  13. The user agrees to not interfere with the app or the servers or networks connected to I’m Lost, or to violate any of the procedures, policies, or regulations of such networks.
  14. I’m Lost does not use live tracking, and location data is only used to provide the user with information about the last known location of their lost item. The user agrees that we are not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the location data provided by I’m Lost.
